One Publication Every New Orleans Golfer Should Subscribe To.

For those of us who have lived in New Orleans for a long time, we know that the Gulf Coast in a sense is our playground. We take short overnight or week-long trips that are only a 2-5 hour drive from home, and we do it often. Many of us golfers take a quick overnight trip to play golf somewhere along the coast.

So why do we mention that? Because the publication we are talking about, South CoastGolf Guide, covers it all, and that includes the New Orleans area. They cover golf for all of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. Course Directories, digital flipbook, course discounts, and golf giveaways as well as relevant articles to the golfing world all are included.

We know you are thinking it is similar to what we do here at Golf NOLA, but in fact, it is very different with the exception of our course directory. We only cover New Orleans golf news and focus on doing product and course reviews as well as tips and more. South Coast Golf Guide has a print version you can find at every golf course they list on their website. This book should be a sort of Bible for golfers along the Gulf Coast.

The reason we think this publication is so important to golfers of New Orleans and the rest of the Gulf Coast is really quite simple. Unless you live in an area or know someone in a particular area you never really know what the golf scene is. Most particular, did a golf course close, or has a new course opened? Those are things you will find with South Coast Golf Guide and more.

We could go on and on about how much good they do for golf along the Gulf Coast, but one: we do not want you reading for too long and two: it is something you should check out for yourself. We suggest you subscribe to their newsletter through their website. While there, check out all the giveaways they have posted. Even if you choose to not subscribe to their newsletter, which we do and it is well worth it, you should at least give them a follow on their Facebook Page and Twitter Profile. You will not be disappointed.
